The on-site bathhouse was a blast, but the bidet toilet didn’t work.

The ryokan's unbeatable location makes it easy to access the train station and enjoy numerous shops and eateries nearby. The onsen facilities are fantastic, with both an outdoor bath and a cozy cave bath available for private use. The room layout is spacious and inviting, providing a comfortable atmosphere during our stay.

One downside was the confusion about drink charges during checkout, which was unexpected.

While the location is convenient, a single night felt slightly short for exploring everything Kinosaki Onsen has to offer, as the town mainly consists of shops and dining spots.
