The ryokan's unbeatable location makes it easy to access the train station and enjoy numerous shops and eateries nearby. The onsen facilities are fantastic, with both an outdoor bath and a cozy cave bath available for private use. The room layout is spacious and inviting, providing a comfortable atmosphere during our stay.
One downside was the confusion about drink charges during checkout, which was unexpected.

Staying here with friends was amazing! We loved the onsen experience, especially since we had it to ourselves. The staff was super friendly, helping us with kimonos and even taking pictures. We enjoyed the kaiseki dinner and breakfast, which were both delicious! Don't miss out on the tea ceremony and exploring nearby eateries and souvenir shops.
One downside was the confusion about drink charges during checkout. We were told they were free, but I ended up being charged. Just double-check to avoid surprises!

I loved my stay here. the dinner was amazing with fresh local seafood, and the breakfast spread was just as delightful. They offer a lovely public bath for relaxation and a serene garden area that adds to the charm. Only downside was a slight confusion about the drink charges during checkout, but it didn't ruin the experience. just double-check before you order! 🌸

The friendliness of the staff truly stands out, ensuring our group of five felt completely at home. The private onsens were a highlight, providing a comfortable atmosphere that was perfect for relaxing together. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious options each morning. While the location is convenient, a single night felt slightly short for exploring everything Kinosaki Onsen has to offer, as the town mainly consists of shops and dining spots.

The traditional atmosphere was so charming. waking up to the sound of the river was a highlight! The staff were attentive, offering tours and assistance with any needs. Great variety at breakfast too!
A few moments felt a bit awkward, especially with communication on how some customs worked. Also, the ventilation could be improved to limit outside odors.
